Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 10, 2023, the Board of Directors of First Busey Corporation (“Busey”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on Busey’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on October 27, 2023, to stockholders of record as of October 20, 2023.
