Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 7, 2023, Gary Tice submitted his resignation from the board of directors of First Foundation Inc. (the “Company”) and First Foundation Bank (the “Bank”), effective immediately. The decision of Mr. Tice to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Bank on any matter relating to the respective operations, policies or practices of the Company or the Bank.
