Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 20, 2024, First United Corporation (the “Corporation”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.22 per share that will be payable on February 3, 2025, to holders of record of the Corporation’s common stock as of the close of business on January 17, 2025. A copy of the Corporation’s announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
