Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 21, 2023, Five Star Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company’s shareholders of record as of August 7, 2023 and is expected to be paid on August 14, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
