On July 25, 2022, Flexible Solutions International Inc. (“FSI”) and Lygos, Inc. (“Lygos”) issued a joint press release announcing the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed Merger between FSI and Lygos. A copy of the joint press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
