Resignation of Director

On September 26, 2023, Hussein Rakine tendered his resignation as Director of Flora Growth Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the province of Ontario (the "Company"), with such resignation becoming effective on September 26, 2023. Mr. Rakine's resignation as Director was not related to any disagreement with the Company or the Company's Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
