The Board of Directors of FMC Corporation (“Company”) has elected John M. Raines as a director of the Company effective July 15, 2024. Mr. Raines has been appointed to the Audit Committee and the Sustainability Committee. Mr. Raines will be entitled to be compensated for his service as a director under our Compensation Policy for Non-Employee Directors, as previously described in our filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release announcing this event is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
