Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 29, 2021, FNCB Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing its unaudited results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021 and financial condition as of September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
