(NASDAQ:FNCB) declared a dividend of $0.090 per share for the third quarter of 2022, an increase of $0.015 per share, or 20.0%, from $0.075 per share declared for each of the previous two quarters of 2022, and an increase of $0.015 per share, or 20.0%, from $0.075 per share declared for the third quarter of 2021. Year-to-date dividends declared in 2022 total $0.240 per share, compared to $0.195 per share in 2021, an increase of $0.045 per share, or 23.1%. The third quarter 2022 dividend is payable on September 15, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2022.
