Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On April 28, 2025, Edward Spaniel, Jr., Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Forian Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from all of his positions with the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, effective May 23, 2025. Mr. Spaniel’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
