(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer

Jose Morales, Chief Revenue Officer of Freshworks Inc. (the “Company”), will be leaving the Company effective November 18, 2022. Mr. Morales will be entitled to certain severance benefits pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions of his existing agreements with the Company, as applicable, all of which have been previously publicly disclosed.
