Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Brian Gerson, Co-President of FS KKR Capital Corp. (the “Company”), is on a leave of absence from the Company, effective February 3, 2025. Daniel Pietrzak, the Company’s Co-President, Chief Investment Officer, and a member of the Company’s board of directors, together with the other officers of the Company, will assume Mr. Gerson’s responsibilities while he is on leave.
