Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Fulgent Genetics, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 18, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time at the Company’s offices at 4401 Santa Anita Avenue, Suite 214, El Monte, California 91731. Of the Company’s 30,327,078 shares of common stock issued and outstanding and eligible to vote as of the record date of March 24, 2022, a quorum of 21,954,942 shares, or approximately 72% of the eligible shares, was present in person or represented by proxy. Each of the matters set forth below is described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 29, 2022. The following actions were taken at the Annual Meeting:
