Item 7.01 Regulation FD
Fundamental Global Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on August 14, 2025, announcing the Company’s appointment of two distinguished crypto industry leaders to its Board of Directors: Maja Vujinovic, CEO of the Company’s Digital Assets division, and Jose Vargas, Head of Business Development of the Company’s Digital Assets division (the “Press Release”). A copy of Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
