Item 7.01 Regulation FD

Fundamental Global Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, dated September 2, 2025, announcing the Company’s participation in an upcoming livestream to discuss the Company’s ongoing efforts in the global adoption of Ethereum (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
