Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 17, 2025, Dr. Sameer Maskey, Chief Executive Officer of Fusemachines Inc. (the “Company”) was interviewed on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). A transcript of this interview is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On December 18, 2025, the Company issued a press release summarizing the Company’s milestones in 2025 and initiatives for 2026 that were discussed during the interview. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2. A copy of a letter that was published by the CEO of the Company describing these milestones and initiatives is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.3.
