("GameSquare" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:GAME), a next-generation media, entertainment, technology and digital native treasury company, today announced it repurchased over 1 million shares of its common stock during the month of July 2026 for less than $0.4 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.38 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $10.9 million remaining under its current authorization, which was expanded on April 14, 2026.

Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of over 8.8 million shares of its common stock for nearly $4.1 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.46 per share.
