Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.

2. The remaining restricted stock units will vest in three equal annual installments on February 22, 2026, February 22, 2027 and February 22, 2028 and have no expiration date.

3. The remaining restricted stock units will vest in two equal annual installments on February 23, 2026 and February 23, 2027 and have no expiration date.
