Explanation of Responses:

1. The Issuer awarded the Reporting Person 16,553 time-based RSUs, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, and will vest in equal, 1/4 installments on each of February 16, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028, provided that the Reporting Person remains continuously employed by the Issuer on each such date.

2. The total amount of shares beneficially owned includes 887 shares held in an employee stock purchase plan account.

3. The information in this report is based on a plan statement dated as of December 31, 2023.
