Glucotrack, Inc. (NASDAQ:GCTK) ("Glucotrack" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of a "best efforts" public offering of 169,388 shares of common stock at a price of $2.04 per share and, in lieu of shares of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1,350,220 shares of common stock at a price of $2.039 per pre-funded warrant. The Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3,100,000, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. The offering was priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The offering is expected to close on or about September 25, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
