Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 5, 2022, Anita Pramoda, a member of the GoHealth, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors, resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Pramoda served as a Class III director and Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee. Ms. Pramoda’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
