Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 11, 2023, Gold Resource Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting the results of one of its recent step-out exploration drill holes from its 2023 drill program at Don David Gold Mine. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
