As of April 11, 2024, as a result of the issuances in connection with previously disclosed April 9, 2024 closing of the transactions contemplated by that certain Amended and Restated Sale and Purchase Agreement of Share Capital dated June 27, 2023 (as amended and restated from time to time, the “Purchase Agreement”) by and between Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (the “Company”), as purchaser, and Aleksandar Milovanović, Zoran Milošević and Snežana Božović, owners of the MeridianBet Group, as sellers, the Company has 118,884,144 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
