Departure of Certain Officer

On April 24, 2025, Eve Saltman, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, SVP Business & Corp Development, Chief Compliance Officer of GoPro, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Company, mutually agreed that Ms. Saltman would step down to pursue a new opportunity, effective as of the close of business on May 23, 2025.
