Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 27, 2026, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Graf Global Corp. (the “Company”) elected to extend the date by which the Company has to consummate a business combination from September 27, 2026 (the “Deadline Date”) for an additional month to October 27, 2026. As previously disclosed, the Company’s amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, as amended, permits the Board to extend the Deadline Date up to three times in one month increments, to up to December 27, 2026.
