Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person sold the number of shares of Class A common stock necessary to cover applicable tax withholding obligations realized upon the vesting of restricted stock units, as well as any related brokerage commission fees.

2. The price reported is a weighted-average sales price. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.9300 to $0.9510, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this Footnote 2.
