The Board of Directors of Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF) (the "Company" or "Griffon") yesterday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 29, 2025.
