Consists of Class A ordinary shares represented by American Depositary Shares (the"ADSs") received upon the vesting of a portion of the performance-based restricted stock units ("RSUs") awarded to the Reporting Person on September 29, 2025, which vest in seven installments based on the satisfaction of certain performance criteria. Each ADS represents four Class A ordinary shares of the Issuer.
