1. Includes the grant of 600 restricted stock units pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Incentive Plan that vest in equal installments at the rate of 20% per year commencing on May 12, 2025 and that may be settled only in shares of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Includes the grant of 500 restricted stock units pursuant to the Issuer's 2014 Incentive Plan that vest in equal installments at the rate of 20% per year commencing on March 12, 2021 and that may be settled only in shares of the Issuer's common stock.

3. Includes the grant of 550 restricted stock units pursuant to the Issuer's 2014 Incentive Plan that vest in equal installments at the rate of 20% per year commencing on May 12, 2022 and that may be settled only in shares of the Issuer's common stock.
