Gulfport Energy Corporation (NYSE:GPOR) ("Gulfport" or the "Company") today announced that it has completed the redemption of its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock"). On September 5, 2025 (the "Redemption Date"), the Company redeemed a total of 2,449 shares of Preferred Stock at an aggregate redemption value of approximately $31.3 million, including accrued and unpaid dividends through the Redemption Date. No shares of Preferred Stock remain outstanding following the transaction. Since June 30, 2025 and prior to the Redemption Date, 28,907 shares of Preferred Stock were converted into approximately 2.1 million shares of Gulfport common stock.
