Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On September 15, 2022, the Board of Directors of H.B. Fuller Company (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Dante C. Parrini as a director of the Company. Mr. Parrini's resignation as a director of the Company is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. In light of Mr. Parrini’s departure, the Board of Directors appointed Ruth S. Kimmelshue as the Chair of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors effective September 15, 2022.
