Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 22, 2024, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on November 12, 2024 to shareholders of record as of November 4, 2024.
