Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on February 17, 2026 to shareholders of record as of February 9, 2026. This represents an increase of $0.02 from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share.
