Western Alliance Bank today announced the appointment of Heather Kelly as the Head of the Business Escrow Services group. Heather brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise, having served previously as Chief Strategist, Managing Director, and Senior Relationship Manager for Western Alliance Bank's Business Escrow Services group.
