Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 13, 2025, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services posted final Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies fee schedule payment rates for the PoNS Controller (HCPCS Code A4593), consistent with its preliminary reimbursement determination.
