Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. Hennessy VII shareholders of record at the close of business on the Record Date of July 31, 2026 are entitled to receive notice of the Shareholder Meeting and to vote the ordinary shares owned by them at the Shareholder Meeting. The Shareholder Meeting will be held virtually.
