On October 2, 2025, IP Strategy, the d/b/a of Heritage Distilling Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the official launch of its validator business on the Story Network. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
