Item 5.02.... Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 31, 2024, the Board of Directors of Hexcel Corporation (the “Company”) was notified by Philippe Chevrier, President, Americas & Global Fibers, of his intention to resign from his position with the Company, effective January 31, 2025. Mr. Chevrier’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
