1. The sale reported on this Form 4 occurred automatically pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on March 9, 2023.

2. The sale price reported in Column 4 of Table 1 represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold ranging from $0.4860 to $0.5144. Upon request by the staff of the Securities and Exchange commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. The stock options vested 25% after 12 months of service and on a pro rata basis (in remaining 1/48 installments) over the following 36 months of service beginning on April 1, 2014.
