BATESVILLE, Ind., Oct. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE:HI) announced today it has completed the acquisition of LINXIS Group from IBERIS INTERNATIONAL S.À R.L, an affiliate of IK Partners, and additional sellers, for total aggregate consideration of €596.2 million, reflecting an enterprise value of approximately €572 million plus cash acquired at closing.
