1. On February 22, 2024, the reporting person was awarded 12,693 shares of restricted Common Stock under the Ready Capital Corporation 2023 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares will vest in equal installments of one-quarter on March 31, 2024, June 30, 2024, September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
