(b) On November 5, 2021, Mark M. Cole resigned from the Boards of Directors (the “Boards”) of Home Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and Home Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”), to focus on his business. Mr. Cole's resignation was not related to any disagreements with the Company or Bank.
