On July 27, 2021, the Registrant announced its results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. The Press Release attached hereto is being furnished to the SEC and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose except as otherwise provided herein.

On July 27, 2021, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.23 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on August 20, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 9, 2021.
