Regulation FD Disclosure.

Houston American Energy Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release on May 27, 2022 announcing acquisition of additional membership interest in Hupecol Meta, LLC which holds the CPO-11 block in the Llanos Basin in Colombia. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01.
