On February 9, 2022, Stephen M. Mais, the Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Hubbell Incorporated (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to retire, effective February 11, 2022. Mr. Mais’s decision to retire was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter, including any matter relating to the Company’s strategy, leadership, operations, policies or practices or management.
