Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE:H), a leading global hospitality company, announced today the pricing of its public offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2029, which will bear interest at a fixed annual rate of 5.25% and $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034, which will bear interest at a fixed annual rate of 5.50%.

The offering is expected to close on June 17, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay all of the Company's 1.800% notes due 2024 at or prior to their maturity on October 1, 2024 (the "2024 Notes") and for general corporate purposes if there are any net proceeds remaining that are not applied to the 2024 Notes, and to pay fees and expenses related to this offering.

BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan and Scotiabank are acting as representatives of the underwriters and joint book-running managers for the offering.
