Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

On August 24, 2022, Dr. Paul Chhabra notified Ichor Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as chief operating officer and leave the Company in order to pursue a new opportunity, effective August 29, 2022.
