Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On February 8, 2023, Identiv, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an amendment (the “Fourth Amendment”) to its Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement with East West Bank (as amended to date, the “Loan Agreement”). The Fourth Amendment amends the Loan Agreement to, among other things, extend the maturity date to February 8, 2025 and amend certain financial covenants.

The foregoing description of the Fourth Amendment is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of such agreement, which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1.
