Other Events.

The Board of Directors of II-VI Incorporated declared a quarterly dividend of $3.00 per share on its 6.00% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock (Nasdaq: IIVIP). The quarterly dividend will be payable in cash on April 1, 2022, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2022.
