Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 7, 2022, iMedia Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing its preliminary results of operations and financial condition for the Company’s fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended January 30, 2022. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 7, 2022, the Company expects to host its Capital Markets Day in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and via live webcast. Materials to be used in conjunction with the Capital Markets Day are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
